I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I was able to easily access all the major attractions and public transportation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Volkan at the reception. His warmth and assistance made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in had a fantastic city view, and I loved waking up to that every morning. The hotel also had an incredible rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views of the Bosphorus and the Asian side of the city. It was the perfect spot for a delicious meal with a view.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. The location, service, and amenities were top-notch.

The room was clean and modern, with a spacious bathroom that had a contemporary design. The location was excellent, with restaurants and shops just steps away. The hotel was also conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mert at the front desk, who provided great recommendations and assistance.
The laundry service was slow and not finished on time, causing inconvenience upon check-out. It took a long time for extra towels to be provided in the morning.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just off Taksim Square. It is in close proximity to the main shopping area, Istiklal Avenue, and public transportation. the rooms are comfortable with clean linen, and the bathrooms are manageable. the staff is helpful and cooperative, providing excellent service. the breakfast is served on a terrace with a lovely view of Istanbul. the hotel also offers free wifi and has a dedicated breakfast restaurant.
Communication can be a challenge due to limited English proficiency of the staff.

I liked the design of the hotel, the interior designer has a good taste.
The rooms are too small and its hard to move around in it. Although the design of the hotel is nice, modern and well organized, it appears that very cheap things were used and they easily get broken. The service of the hotel is the worse I ever seen. They are not worth a four star because a four star hotel is not just for the way it is designed, it is also a rate for the way you re served and treated as a guest in it.

The staff was extremely friendly and . We had a very good experience at this hotel. I am surprised with the reviews I checked two or tree different web sites, Hotel renovation was that recently took place. ,Rooms was very clean and the furniture is new and modern. Hotel management did not forget even " Forgot it We got it" The washroom was clean, bathroom area is perfect and showers with " rainshower". Location was great you'll only cross the street and access Istıklal street.
